The Dutch Shepherd is a brilliant, highly athletic, and fiercely protective working dog. Visually resembling a brindle German Shepherd, they are incredibly versatile, highly trainable, and absolutely dominate in agility, herding, and advanced protection sports.
The Dutch Shepherd is an intense working dog. They possess boundless stamina, are highly alert, and make exceptional watchdogs. They are deeply devoted to their families but naturally suspicious of strangers. They absolutely require vigorous daily running and advanced mental stimulation to prevent destructive boredom. Their brindle coat comes in short, long, and wire varieties.
