The PBGV is a small, incredibly active, and highly vocal French hound. They are happy, extroverted, and famously stubborn.

• Keep it Engaging: They bore very easily. If you ask them to sit five times in a row, they will simply walk away. Make training a fast-paced game.
• Leash Safety: They are relentless scent hunters. They must always be leashed outdoors, as they will follow their noses into traffic.
