The Sloughi (Arabian Greyhound) is a stunning, incredibly fast sight-hound from North Africa. They are fiercely loyal to their family but highly aloof with strangers.

Key Training Tips:

• Leash Safety: They are built for extreme speed and possess a massive prey drive. They must be kept strictly leashed in unsecured areas.
• Socialization: They are naturally suspicious of strangers and can become defensive. Early, massive exposure to new people is critical to build confidence.

They respond terribly to harshness; use only positive, reward-based training to build trust.
