The Norrbottenspets is a highly energetic, exceptionally athletic, and intensely alert hunting spitz from Sweden. They are incredibly smart and vocal.

Key Training Tips:

• Barking Control: They are exceptional watchdogs and will bark at every passing shadow. Teach the "quiet" command early and consistently.
• Prey Drive: They will chase and dispatch small animals instantly. Flawless recall is difficult; they must be kept leashed in open areas.

They absolutely dominate in agility and obedience, requiring an intensely active, engaged owner.
