The Vikhan Sheepdog is a rare, shaggy livestock guardian from the Pakistani/Indian border. They are incredibly fast, fiercely protective, and highly independent.

Key Training Tips:

• Guarding Management: They are bred to protect sheep from leopards. They are highly suspicious of strangers; massive early socialization is critical.
• Respect Their Independence: They are not eager to please and will ignore repetitive commands. Keep training practical, firm, and heavily rewarded.

They are deeply loyal working dogs that require a job and vast open spaces to patrol.
