The Sealyham Terrier is a rare, highly robust, and brilliantly white earthdog. Bred in Wales specifically to hunt badgers, otters, and foxes, they possess an incredibly powerful jaw, a harsh, wiry coat, and a distinctive, prominent beard that protects their face from bites.
The Sealyham is the "couch potato" of the terrier world indoors, but a fierce, determined hunter outdoors. They are deeply affectionate, highly comical, and fiercely loyal. They require only moderate daily exercise but possess a booming bark and a strong prey drive. Their beautiful white coat requires intense daily brushing and professional grooming.
