The Miniature Pinscher, often called the "King of Toys," is a tiny, incredibly fearless, and highly energetic companion dog. Looking like a scaled-down Doberman (though they are an older, distinct breed), they possess a sleek coat and a distinctive, high-stepping "hackney" gait.
Don't let their size fool you; the Min Pin has the heart of a giant working dog. They are fiercely courageous, highly vocal watchdogs, and notoriously bossy. They require firm, consistent training and daily exercise. They are brilliant escape artists and require secure fencing. Their short coat is exceptionally easy to care for.
