The Chihuahua is a tiny dog with a huge, confident personality. They are highly intelligent, surprisingly athletic, and often deeply stubborn.

Key Training Tips:

• Don’t Baby Them: "Small Dog Syndrome" is a massive issue. They must be expected to walk on a leash and obey commands just like a large dog.
• House-Training: Their tiny bladders make house-training difficult. Use indoor potty pads or a rigorously consistent outdoor schedule.
• Socialization: They are fiercely protective of their favorite person and can become aggressive toward strangers. Socialize them early to prevent excessive guarding.
