The Braque de l'Ariège is an incredibly elegant, highly athletic, and fiercely driven pointing dog from France. Sporting a beautiful white coat with striking orange markings, they were bred by French nobility to hunt birds with blistering speed and exceptional grace.
The Ariege Pointer is deeply affectionate, highly sensitive, and intensely eager to please. They do not respond well to harsh training and require positive reinforcement. They possess absolutely massive energy reserves and require vigorous daily running; without a job, they become highly destructive. Their short, sleek coat is incredibly easy to groom.
