The Serbian Hound is a robust, highly resilient, and fiercely driven scenthound from the Balkans. They are highly intelligent but intensely independent.

Key Training Tips:

• Scent Distraction: When their nose hits the ground, their ears turn off completely. They must be kept in securely fenced areas or on a leash at all times outdoors.
• Firm Leadership: They do not take orders easily and view themselves as independent hunters. Establish yourself as a firm, consistent leader.
